After the success of the 2018 LNC Dance Ensemble, we are thrilled to announce that the LNC Senior Dance Ensemble is back bigger and better than ever!
Applications are now OPEN for students who wish to be a part of the 2020 LNC Senior Dance Ensemble.
Membership is by audition only and is open to dance students from Years 9 - 12 in 2020 attending public schools, particularly but not limited to the Lower and Mid North Coast, Hastings and Great Lakes Networks. This ensemble is aimed at talented dance students who display a high level of technical skill and performance quality and wish be involved in the choreographic process to create, learn and perform 2 dance works (contemporary and hip hop) at the Lower North Coast Dance Festival 2020.
We are thrilled to announce that we have secured Cadi McCarthy, professional contemporary choreographer and founder of Catapult Dance to work collaboratively with the dancers to create an original contemporary dance work. We also welcome back LNC Senior Dance Ensemble alumni, Shea Lamont and Codi Clayton to choreograph and work with Julia Livingston to create a unique hip hop work.
